Are any purchases returnable?
All sales are final. Due to the exclusive and pre-owned nature of our inventory, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Is shipping insured?
All orders are shipped with tracking confirmation.
Orders over $500 (before tax and shipping costs) are shipped fully insured and require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier - including signature confirmation where applicable - the order will be considered fulfilled.
The Rogue Vault is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once confirmed as delivered.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available upon request.
