Due to the exclusive and pre-owned nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Each item is carefully inspected, photographed, and described in detail to ensure accuracy and transparency.

All items are sold as-is. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, we encourage you to contact us before placing an order.

In the rare case that an item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery with photo documentation. While we are not liable for carrier-related damages, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you fully understand and accept this no-return, no-refund policy. You agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks for reasons that violate these terms. Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback or dispute after agreeing to these terms will be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in further action.
