Shipping policy

At The Rogue Vault, we prioritize discretion, security, and care in the delivery of every curated piece.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Insurance & Signature Confirmation
All shipments have the option to be fully insured for the full purchase value through the selected shipping carrier. Shipping insurance is provided by the carrier service, not by The Rogue Vault.
Clients may request insurance coverage at the time of purchase. High-value purchases may also require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Risk of Loss
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking has been issued, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser.
If insurance is declined, The Rogue Vault is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked delivered by the carrier.
If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier — including signature confirmation where applicable — the order will be considered fulfilled.

Shipping Accuracy
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. The Rogue Vault is not responsible for delivery errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives visibly damaged, clients must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery with clear photographic documentation. While we are not liable for carrier-related damages, we will assist in initiating a claim with the shipping provider.
