Authenticity & Product Condition
At The Rogue Vault, every piece is carefully curated, inspected, and independently authenticated prior to sale.
All items are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. Due to the nature of luxury resale, minor signs of wear consistent with previous ownership may be present. Detailed photographs and descriptions are provided to ensure full transparency.
The Rogue Vault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any brands featured. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the authenticity and condition of the item as presented.

All Sales Final
Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our inventory, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. All items are sold as-is.
We encourage clients to review all photos and descriptions carefully prior to purchase. Questions must be submitted before completing checkout.
In the rare event an item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed deliverywith detailed photographic documentation. While The Rogue Vault is not liable for carrier-related damages, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
By placing an order, you confirm that you fully understand and agree to this No Return & No Refund Policy.

Shipping & Risk of Loss
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
All shipments over $500 (pre-tax and shipping) are fully insured. High-value purchases may require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser. The Rogue Vault is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues after confirmed shipment.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate.

Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy
The Rogue Vault maintains strict fraud prevention protocols due to the high-value nature of our merchandise.
All orders are subject to verification procedures including payment authorization checks, address verification, IP monitoring, device tracking, and signature confirmation where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order deemed high-risk or suspicious at our sole discretion.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that:
  • You are the authorized cardholder.
  • All billing and shipping information provided is accurate.
  • You have read and agreed to all policies.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes that contradict these Terms. Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback, false “item not received” claim, or misrepresentation after confirmed delivery constitutes a breach of these Terms.
The Rogue Vault reserves the right to provide full transaction documentation to payment processors and pursue recovery of funds and legal remedies where applicable.

Pricing & Order Acceptance
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability
All products are sold as-is in accordance with these policies.
The Rogue Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

The Rogue Vault reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Policies at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
